Backend Developer Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our fast-paced development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering high-quality solutions using web technologies and be comfortable working with agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with middleware development teams, SEO, and content teams to ensure that our website is best-in-class. They will also be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing AEM-based enterprise content solutions, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and developing and maintaining back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing product innovations using AEM, Java, Sling, and OSGi
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining back-end features in AEM
  • Working on Springboot applications and AWS, handling CI/CD pipelines
  • Conducting code reviews and employing strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
  • Mentoring team members and participating in pair programming and extreme programming

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java and AEM knowledge
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, and the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
