Job Title: Accommodation Coordinator

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading conversion, customer interaction, market expertise, follow-up, collaboration, data management, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  • Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in this role. You must be able to engage with students and stakeholders, convey information clearly, and respond to queries efficiently.
  • Strong Active Listening Skills: As a customer-facing representative, you must be able to listen attentively to students' needs and concerns.
  • Effective Time Management and Organizational Abilities: You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Objection Handling, Negotiation, and Closing Techniques: In this role, you will encounter objections and challenges. You must be skilled in handling these situations professionally and closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools or Similar Software: Experience with CRM systems is essential for managing customer interactions and bookings efficiently.
