Job Description

As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success by removing obstacles and distractions that hinder teams from achieving their goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in facilitating daily stand-up meetings, planning sessions, and release planning, all while coaching team members to collaborate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and facilitate daily stand-ups to foster open communication.
  • Drive planning sessions, facilitate release planning, and coach team members to optimize collaboration.
  • Guide teams in adopting new tools and methodologies, resolve impediments to team workflows.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely reviews of development work.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and vision to guide development effectively.
  • Experiment with and integrate processes and tools to promote continuous improvement.
  • Establish metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback.
  • Promote an Agile mindset throughout the organization.
  • Communicate project strategy, direction, and changes to IT Leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Create and communicate project milestones and dependencies.
  • Help improve, implement, develop, enhance the product, and prioritize backlog grooming.
  • Develop metrics to measure team effectiveness, including dashboard reporting.
  • Introduce new ideas and processes to boost performance and productivity.
