Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent design and artistic abilities, as well as proficiency in visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.

  • Collaborate with clients to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  • Develop concepts to suit client needs, interpreting their business goals and developing creative solutions.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing data.
  • Be aware of current trends in visual arts and emerging AI technologies.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and guide junior visualizers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Knowledge of other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Great time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
