About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Data-Driven Analyst to lead end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform.

  • Role: Data-Driven Analyst
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Experience: 6 to 12 years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a comprehensive measurement framework aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
  2. Configure and maintain tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  3. Define and implement event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
  4. Build custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.
  5. Track critical user behaviors, including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points.
  6. Optimize tracking for multi-step conversion funnels.
  7. Implement A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance performance.
  8. Ensure tracking accuracy through testing and debugging of event implementations.
  9. Validate data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
  10. Build real-time reporting dashboards in Mixpanel.
  11. Stay current with privacy regulations and ensure compliance via cookie consent management using OneTrust.
  12. Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking scripts.
  13. Work closely with the Web Lead (PM) to integrate analytics into the development roadmap.
  14. Collaborate with UX and marketing teams to provide insights into user behavior and engagement patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience building real-time dashboards and custom reports.
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
