Job Summary

A seasoned Operations Director is required to oversee a cluster of 10-15 properties, ensuring exceptional service quality for guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead hotel/hostel regional operations, adhering to standard operating procedures in departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance & engineering, training & development, etc.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting high productivity through effective human resource management.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage operational efficiency by allocating resources effectively and implementing cost-saving strategies.
  • Schedule timely hostel pre-launches, ensuring operational readiness and quality checks.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, service improvements, and a personalized experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams, manage diverse operations, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
