About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Stylist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion merchandising, with excellent knowledge of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all functions within the studio(s) and meet operational goals by overseeing operational and creative teams
  • Ensure quality imaging asset creation according to defined style guides while meeting operational metrics
  • Ensure teams are appropriately resourced to deliver against business and operational objectives
  • Manage changing priorities and implement plans (staffing, space planning etc.) to meet business needs
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends/innovations
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, systems and processes and partner with the right teams to drive innovation
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, training, development and performance management to Operational and Creative Leaders
  • Troubleshoot various challenges on-set

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, or a related field
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of commercial studio workflow
