Junior Stylist Position

Become an integral member of our team as a Junior Stylist and play a key role in bringing creative vision to life. As a Junior Stylist, you will work on advertising campaigns, shoots, and brand projects, collaborating with creative teams to develop and execute styling concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative teams to conceptualize and execute styling ideas that align with the brand's vision and campaign objectives.
  • Trend Research: Conduct thorough research on market trends and cultural references to create relevant and impactful styling ideas.
  • Styling Execution: Manage end-to-end styling for shoots, including wardrobe, accessories, props, set dressing, and overall visual mood.
  • Sourcing and Organization: Source, curate, and organize styling materials to ensure consistency with the campaign's creative direction.
  • Shoot Support: Oversee fittings, alterations, and shoot-day styling to ensure brand alignment.
  • Vendor Relationships: Maintain relationships with vendors, designers, prop houses, and rental studios.
  • Mentorship: Train junior stylists or interns on styling techniques and sourcing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a stylist, preferably in an advertising or media agency.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling projects for various brands.
  • Aesthetics: Exceptional sense of aesthetics, color, textures, and composition.
  • Creative Interpretation: Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful visual styling.
  • Sourcing Skills: Excellent sourcing skills and vendor network in apparel, accessories, and props.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of latest fashion, design, and cultural trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
