Associate Product Manager - US Healthcare

Job Overview:

As a skilled Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our healthcare offerings. You will be responsible for supporting strategic product planning, development lifecycle, and product launch cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of product launches.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to refine product backlogs and drive product development.
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Review works by the development team to ensure they are in sync with the product vision.
  • Serve as the interface with customers, internal development groups, and all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in US healthcare domain.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning the future direction of the product.
  • Prior product management experience is an added advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
  • Candidates without prior product management experience will be considered for junior positions, while experienced candidates are eligible for product manager roles.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is essential.
  • Able to communicate effectively around different types of IT systems this product can be integrated with.
  • Expertise in revenue cycle management, clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain, and acquired immense product knowledge.
  • Able to understand and communicate the vision of the solution, driving details.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam.
