NetSuite Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and functional requirements related to NetSuite and eCommerce processes. They will design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.

Additionally, they will perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations. This includes validating API integrations (REST/SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs.

They will also log and track issues in defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and work closely with the development team for resolution. Furthermore, they will conduct regression, functional, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Lastly, they will support test automation in CI/CD pipelines and advise on automation best practices. Additionally, they will document and communicate testing results and QA metrics to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, write, and maintain test cases, scripts, and test plans.

Required Skills:

The following skills are required for this position:

  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite and eCommerce processes.
  • Proficiency in designing, writing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and other eCommerce integrations.
  • Ability to validate API integrations (REST/SOAP), 3rd-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
