Senior Business Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders and business users to gather and document solution requirements; model and configure e-commerce data structures and business processes; collect, manipulate and load product data, define test scripts and acceptance criteria, manage & communicate requirement, design and priority changes and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
  • Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-Commerce domain
  • 2-3 years implementing Hybris Commerce
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Experience with global service delivery model
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
