Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in financial and strategic consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing management reports for clients
  • Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements
  • Compute income tax liability and prepare and file income tax returns
  • Compute TDS liability and prepare and file TDS returns
  • Conduct research for mergers and acquisitions and fund-raise projects
  • Prepare secretarial records and assist in ROC filings
  • Advise on various aspects of corporate law, international tax, and Goods and Services Tax

Requirements

  • Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
