About the RoleThe Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and share feedback on lead quality to optimize outreach strategies.
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will also conduct research to identify new prospects, understand industry trends, and gather intelligence on potential customers and competitors.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess their needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, decision-making authority, need, timeline).
- Maintain CRM: Accurately track and update lead activity, engagement, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment, share feedback on lead quality, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Research & Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify new prospects, understand industry trends, and gather intelligence on potential customers and competitors.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS (Software as a Service) industry is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
