The Opportunity
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure with exceptional results.
  • Build and manage high-value client relationships, fostering trust and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements through data-driven insights.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes with a proactive approach.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models, driving efficiency and quality.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a strong academic record.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading organization.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules, demonstrating expertise in project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise, driving team success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills, effective in stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.), including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management, with adaptability to changing project needs.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing AI projects and/or working with US clients, expanding your professional network.
  • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom, enhancing your industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
