Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for UI, API, performance, and integration testing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements, system architecture, and design principles. They will also have hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium with Cucumber and strong experience in framework creation.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Understanding functional requirements from business
  • Thorough understanding of business, infrastructure, system architecture, design, internal and external interfaces, and use cases
  • Strong hands-on experience in test automation tool Selenium with Cucumber
  • Experience in designing of frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with Agile Methodology
  • Experience on Jira and Confluence
  • Designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts
  • Effective test data and test metrics preparation
  • Analyzing test results and preparing test reports

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in automation of cloud-based multi-tier architecture applications
  • Strong knowledge on designing and implementing automation framework using Selenium with Cucumber
  • Strong knowledge in Performance and load testing
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD using Jenkins, GIT, and Bitbucket
  • Good knowledge of TestNG, TDD Framework, and IntelliJ
  • Experience in System Testing, API with Postman, and ability to make test plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any engineering/Masters degree with relevant experience
  • ISTQB certification would be a plus
