Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to lead our team in software development, focusing on Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, leadership skills, and knowledge of modern software architecture and design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of backend services using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
  • Implement OAuth2.0 for secure API authentication and authorization.
  • Manage infrastructure using Terraform, adhering to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
  • Oversee the development and integration of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous deployment and automated security checks.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, focusing on performance optimization, code quality, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls within the application lifecycle.
  • Manage sprint cycles and issue tracking using JIRA.

Requirements:
