Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders to align organizational goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop telephony solutions that support business objectives.
  • Offer subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices in customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Routing & Workflow Optimization: Design and implement skills-based routing strategies to efficiently direct customer interactions to the appropriate agents. Continuously assess and refine workflows to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
