Production Operations Manager

Lead a team of Jr. Executives and Executives to drive business growth through strategic planning, innovation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly, monthly, and daily production plans to achieve business targets.
  • Establish and maintain a robust quality and safety culture on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to initiate and participate in improvement projects.
  • Implement Lean, Automation, and digitalization initiatives to enhance business processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the shop floor team.
  • Monitor employee performance, conduct regular meetings, and provide feedback.
  • Track and manage manufacturing KPIs such as productivity, first-pass yield (FPY), and quality observations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement relevant innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Typically, up to 4 years of successful experience in a related field.
  • Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Advanced understanding of lean principles and techniques for process optimization and waste elimination.
  • Familiarity with environment, health, and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and engage teams towards shared goals.
  • Project management skills for digitalization, automation, and improvement initiatives.
