Job Summary
We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist, Trade Support to join our team. This role will be responsible for setting up securities in trading systems, fixing errors, fails, and kicked out trades, as well as setting up new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trading systems and a keen eye for detail.
Main Responsibilities
- Sets up securities in trading systems, fix errors, fails and kicked out trades, set up new accounts
- Updates the trading system for changes in security ID numbers and factor changes
- Corrects errors, execute cancel re-bills, investigate and work through claims from trading partners
Requirements
- A College or University degree and/or relevant Investment Operations work experience is required
- Strong understanding of trading systems and ability to analyze complex data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
