Job Title: Visionary LeaderWe are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Tech Cofounder.About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and lead a cutting-edge engineering team, drive architecture, CI/CD, cloud ops, and security. You will own the product & tech strategy, build the web + mobile product roadmap (MVP → scale), and ship customer-facing features such as booking & payments, itinerary builder, psychometric assessments, content/LMS delivery, user profiles and dashboards.

You will also drive operational excellence by automating ops, SLAs, vendor portals, reporting, and dashboards. Additionally, you will be the technical voice in investor pitches and partner meetings, creating demos, MVP prototypes, and technical sections of pitch decks.

Requirements
  • 3+ years building product startups/platforms (full-stack + DevOps experience)
  • Strong frontend + backend experience (React/Next, React Native/Flutter or equivalent; Node.js/Django/Go)
  • Cloud + infra: AWS/GCP experience, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab), monitoring
  • Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs
  • Comfortable building demos & pitching tech to investors/partners
  • Strong operations mindset — process, automation, vendor & SLA management
  • Founder/owner mentality, high ownership, excellent communication
