Job Title: Power Platform Expert

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform expert to lead our Microsoft 365 platform governance, automation, and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
    • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
    • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
    • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
    • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
    • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
    • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.
    • Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.
    Requirements
    • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    Technical Skills
    • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization.
    • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development.
    • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing.
    Experience
    • Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API.
    • PowerShell scripting and automation.
    • SharePoint administration & permissions.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    Bonus Skills
    • Experience with: ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
