Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization, driving innovation and digital transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of influencing business leaders and developing IT business plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis and design, as well as portfolio management and investment decision-making. Strong communication, digital acumen, and organizational change management skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for business areas or functions, anticipating trends and challenges and ensuring integration with wider corporate strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to approve and assign IT resources, oversee projects, and capture existing status of budget and delivery.
  • Provide consultation and strategic expertise to stakeholders on defining requirements and overseeing portfolio investments.
  • Foster good partnering and cross-functional collaboration across IT teams.
  • Develop risk models involving market, credit, and operational risk and ensure controls are operating effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex issues in a succinct and clear manner.
  • Confirmed skills in influence, persuasion, communication, digital acumen, and organizational change strength.
  • Experience in business process analysis and design.
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and promote value-delivering opportunities for technology investments.
  • Experience with Portfolio Management and ability to act as a strategic advisor to business leadership.
  • Minimum eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Minimum 15 years of business or IT experience including 10 years of leadership experience within process, data, and technology functions.
