We are seeking a seasoned shop floor operations specialist to spearhead and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the production line.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to analyze existing manufacturing workflows, identify areas for process optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on operational objectives.

The selected expert will recommend and apply industry best practices in shop floor operations, design training programs for client staff on improved processes and tools, and monitor, track, and report progress to key stakeholders regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
  • Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to identify areas for process optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on operational objectives
  • Recommend and apply industry best practices in shop floor operations
  • Design training programs for client staff on improved processes and tools
  • Monitor, track, and report progress to key stakeholders regularly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes
  • Prior MBA from a reputable institution is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful outcomes
