Job Role:

Product Development Facilitator
  • As a Product Development Facilitator, you will collaborate with an engaged team to develop product features for SAP S/4HANA that help customers optimize their business processes.
  • You will work in a global environment, collaborating closely with development teams and providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • In this role, you will organize Scrum Teams, focusing on customer success, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge regarding business processes and technology.
  • You will represent the Scrum Team, organizing sessions and ensuring quality through appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline or a comparable field is required.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Working experience in SAFe methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory.
  • You have 3+ years of experience as an ERP Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager working in Scrum agile or SAFe agile methodology.
  • You have functional understanding of Business processes, e.g., Finance/Accounting, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting.
  • Experience in leading function-oriented project groups on an international level and enjoying working in international program organizations with virtual/multicultural teams is desired.
  • Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken.
  • You have a structured thought process and proactive approach towards problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, information, and get hands-on experience is essential.
