Software Engineering Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with experienced developers and business resources to build high-performing enterprise systems that support strategic decision-making.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing new web applications or enhancing existing ones.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Maintaining and promoting department coding standards and naming conventions.
  • Contributing to project delivery timelines by providing technical insight and participating in estimation discussions.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience using Microsoft .NET/Python technologies.
  • Expertise in building microservice architecture, web, and/or console applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, including KeyVault, App Config, VNet, and API Gateway.
  • Experience with popular frameworks like .NET Framework Asp.Net MVC/WebAPI/Core, Flask, FastAPI, Angular/React, Entity Framework, and ORMs.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, deployment, QA automation, release automation, server configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of testing tools, such as MSTest/NUnit/unittest, Jasmine/Jest, mock frameworks, and Postman/Newman.
