Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We seek an accomplished Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to drive our software quality objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bug Detection and Prevention: Collaborate with development teams to identify bugs early in the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring robust and reliable software.
  • Automated Testing Strategy: Develop automated tests for multiple scenarios across various country instances, enhancing test coverage and efficiency.
  • Test Coverage Enhancement: Continuously extend automation test coverage to support early bug detection and risk mitigation.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work closely with distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals, proposing process enhancements and driving their implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At Least 7 Years of Experience: Proven expertise in automated testing.
  • Software Development Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one software development language.
  • Automation Tool Expertise: Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Test Suite Building: Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • CMS/CI Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

Prior experience with Load/Stress Tests using tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar, continuous integration/deployment environment, microservice/SOA architecture, and testing interfaces/APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools is highly valued but not mandatory.
