We're seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer to drive high-performance, scalable web applications.

This role entails leading complex projects, architecting front-end solutions, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend teams is essential for delivering seamless user-centric experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
  • Design and implement user-centered interfaces and experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Architect and develop front-end solutions using modern technologies and design patterns.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of front-end applications.
  • Experience working with micro-frontends or large-scale, distributed front-end architectures.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for front-end environments.
  • Prior experience in leading technical initiatives or cross-functional projects.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
