Product Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Expert to play a key role in preparing high-quality engineering projects and ensuring timely delivery of accurate drawings, battery arrangements, and Electrical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Ensure on-time delivery of accurate and high-quality engineering projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • BOM Maintenance: Maintain live BOMs to support accurate job costing and purchasing, leveraging industry-leading tools and software.
  • Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the quality of documentation and minimize rework by implementing effective QA procedures and best practices.
  • Engineering Solutions: Provide electrical Engineering Solutions, collaborating with internal teams to design, develop, and implement innovative products.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, and DC Systems, backed by a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and excellent written abilities, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD/Draft sight (SolidWorks knowledge is a plus), as well as commercial awareness and teamwork capabilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, combined with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and adaptability to change.
