Key Role: Direct-to-Consumer Sales Manager

Job Description:

The Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales Manager will drive and optimize the company's online sales channel via Shopify. This involves overseeing digital marketing, website operations, customer experience, logistics coordination, and performance analytics to ensure seamless business growth and superior customer engagement.

This role includes managing product listings, catalogs, and content across Shopify. The manager must track and analyze key operational metrics such as Order Fulfillment Time, Return Rate, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Shipping Accuracy, and Logistics Cost per Order.

To maximize advertising and sales opportunities, the manager is responsible for timely listing of new SKUs with customers. This requires collaborating with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

The D2C Sales Manager will also oversee UI/UX improvements to enhance navigation, conversion rates, and overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). They will continuously enhance the customer journey and user experience across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce, preferably with Shopify.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Shopify individually.
  • Proven experience with Shopify and e-commerce management.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and customer retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4).
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
