Job Description: Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and procuring properties, projects, or land that align with our business objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in real estate sourcing, negotiation, and deal-making skills, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Property Sourcing and Procurement: Research and identify potential real estate properties, projects, or land that meet our business requirements.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and contract conditions with property owners and developers.
  • Sales Support and Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client preferences and sourcing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, sales, or property acquisition.
