Job Title: Property Acquisition Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Associate to join our team. As a key member of our property acquisition team, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new retail stores.
  • Evaluate local demographics, footfall potential, and competitive landscapes to assess property suitability.
  • Support senior managers in negotiating lease terms and rental agreements with landlords or brokers.
  • Coordinate and document property acquisition processes, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Build relationships with brokers, agents, and developers to stay informed about new property listings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
