Customer Support Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Support Manager to lead our customer-facing team in delivering exceptional support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough functional analysis and gather requirements to document business processes.
  • Provide expert training, product demonstrations, and technical support on Ambit ALM/ADI platforms.
  • Log and manage customer issues via Salesforce, ensuring timely SLA-based resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with PS and development teams for issue resolution and solution design.
Deliverables:
  • Functional and technical documentation, including SOW, VOS, and business workflows.
  • Accurate client training and user support on ALM, ADI, and profitability products.
  • Root cause analysis and resolution of customer issues with detailed follow-up.
  • Support in product demonstrations, valuation model understanding, and ALCO reporting compliance.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in software development and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
