API Technical Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of API Integration Specialist.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and experience integrating applications in regulated environments such as life sciences or healthcare.
- Design and implement scalable API integrations between systems (e.g., LIMS, SAP, Veeva Vault, UAM, MES).
- Develop and maintain interface specifications, API documentation, and error-handling workflows.
- Work with integration tools/middleware like Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Apigee.
The successful candidate will have:
- 4–10 years of experience in API development and integration, preferably in regulated domains.
- Proficiency with: RESTful/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML Middleware/integration platforms (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) API management tools and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
- A strong understanding of data mapping, interface orchestration, and exception handling.
- Familiarity with pharma systems (e.g., LIMS, e BMR, Veeva, SAP) is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of Gx P, CSV, and compliance frameworks.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Middleware/API certifications (e.g., Mule Soft Certified Developer) are an advantage.
