Sustainable Account Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement account business plans that foster sustainable growth.
- Conceptualize and execute business development strategies to support customers' digital transformation journeys.
- Maintain and cultivate stakeholder relationships through effective mapping and networking of relevant influencers/stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Ecosystem and Product Portfolio Managers to unlock the full potential of products, systems, solutions, services, and digital enterprise offerings for industrial automation and software.
- Establish and nurture executive-level connections with key accounts.
- Drive business forecasting and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by maximizing extraction from key accounts, directly or within the ecosystem.
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction, with up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Utilize and access related CRM tools efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback.
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales/Account Management.
- Sales experience in Industrial Automation & Industry 4.0.
- Superior communication skills.
- Preferred market knowledge of emerging markets like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Water.
- Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver.
- Excellence in Presentation, Negotiation, and Data Analysis skills.
