Full Funnel Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative individual to manage and optimise ad spend, build and scale full-funnel campaigns using real strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record of success.

The role requires someone who is not only good with ads but also performance-obsessed, spreadsheet-savvy, and able to adapt quickly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising ad spend on Facebook and Instagram
  • Building and scaling full-funnel campaigns
  • Using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and spot trends fast
  • Testing ad creatives and leading ideas and structure
  • Writing compelling hooks, headlines, and ad copy that converts
  • Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for numbers
