  • Job Description:
  • Our team seeks a skilled Cost Analyst to provide accurate and timely cost evaluations for new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate the detailed cost of new products using Schneider Electric's methodology.
  • Evaluate and share cost assessments with manufacturing plants for approval.
  • Monitor and update costs during project stages, alerting on deviations.
  • Track potential savings through product cost analysis and compare different solutions based on ROI calculations.
  • Collect and consolidate data from various sources, including France and other countries.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and set achievable targets.
  • Utilize SE Cost databases to generate, update, and organize cost information.
  • Perform value analysis on existing products and establish targets for productivity improvement.
  • Estimate costs for product localization and rebalancing, as needed.
  • Calculate products margin and localization rate, if required.
  • Execute Design to Cost level 1 in Projects and complete teardowns for Schneider and competitor products.
  • Conduct costing for all components (plastics, metals, and PCBA).
