Financial Data Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to provide financial support and analytical skills to help the organization make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
- Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations, and contribute to month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
- Prepare and submit GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns, and assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
- Operate accounting systems, manage accounting entries, and perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure timely GST and TDS filings, and offer assistance during audit procedures.
- Generate financial reports and contribute to monthly reconciliations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including vendors, banks, and auditors.
- Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping initiatives.
Candidates for this role typically hold a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and possess at least one year of experience in accounting positions such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive. Relevant experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is beneficial.
