Job Title: Financial Operations Expert
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking;
- Prepare monthly financial dashboards and MIS reports;
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
- Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory filings;
- Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements;
- Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or professional qualification (ICWA);
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles;
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance;
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software;
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models);
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
