We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business success. You will be responsible for developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau. You will analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks. You will provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.

You will monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence. You will support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights. You will identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You will require proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI), strong SQL and data modeling capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You will also need a solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources such as IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health.
