We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Director to oversee the successful execution of our projects in the pharmaceutical and SaaS industries.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine project scope, budgets, and timelines with input from cross-functional team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track, identify, and resolve scope changes, communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans shared with customers, highlighting key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Ensure conformance to quality procedures and end-of-month procedures within projects, including production of relevant documentation.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external project meetings, including agendas and action items, promoting effective collaboration and communication among team members.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Project Manager in pharmaceutical or SaaS project management, preferably with a strong background in formal project management methodologies.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Familiarity with SDLC within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, including knowledge of 21CFRPart11 and Computer System Validation.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing change.
