We are seeking an experienced Finance Implementation Specialist to join our team at APPIT Software Solutions Private Limited. The successful candidate will lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (FAH, GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Cash Management) for various clients.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Fusion Financials and the ability to configure them to meet specific client business requirements.
- Participate in the entire implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Design and build innovative solutions that leverage Fusion functionalities to enhance client business performance and optimize financial processes.
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable Fusion implementation plans.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive discussions with clients, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 implementation, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance).
- Proven expertise in Fusion Finance modules, including Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Expenses, and Cash Management.
- A strong track record of delivering successful end-to-end Fusion implementations across various clients (3-4 implementations experience is a plus).
- Ability to design, build, and implement strategic solutions that optimize client financial operations.
- Excellent understanding of client business needs and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Superior communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
