The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and possess a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing the movement of assets globally, meeting daily productivity targets. You will closely work with multiple departments involved in the asset lifecycle, resolving complex vendor queries, and working on underlying issues to fix root causes. Additionally, you will liaise with internal teams to understand vendor issues and work towards resolution, escalate customer-impacting issues within the procure-to-pay functional area, and conduct well-rounded, data-driven escalations to support issue resolution.
