Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance within the fabrication industry, with a strong foundation in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare Work Instructions, Procedures, and QAPs tailored to specific project needs,
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ISO 9001, PED CE marking, and other relevant certifications,
  • Ensure compliance with codes and standards such as ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & 2, EN 13445, EN 13480, ASME Section IX,
  • Ensure document standardization across all plants (e.g., EN 10028-7, EN 15609, EN 10216-5, IATF 16949, FSSC 22000).
• Inspection & Supplier Management
  • Lead supplier inspections, inward inspections, and in-process inspections to maintain high-quality standards,
  • Maintain records of all inspection activities, ensuring proper documentation for in-process and supplier inspections,
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and coordinate approvals with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies and customer representatives.
• Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
  • Promote awareness and compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018,
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end audits and inspections related to IMS and other quality certifications.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance within the fabrication industry,
• Strong foundational knowledge of Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials, including various grades and specifications commonly used in fabrication processes,
• Hands-on expertise in welding processes such as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding), GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding),
• In-depth understanding of ASME code requirements and other relevant international standards,
• Proven experience in working with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies like BVIS, LRIS, TUV, or equivalent organizations, ensuring successful audits and compliance,
• Level II qualifications in Radiography Testing (RT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) as per ASNT standards (preferred),
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to quality standards in every aspect of the production and inspection lifecycle.
