At the heart of every organization lies a diligent and proactive associate who ensures seamless financial operations. As we embark on this journey, we seek an exceptional Contract Associate/Associate to join our finance team.

This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining precise and current financial records in Zoho Books, encompassing journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Performing monthly bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Preparing and filing GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns, as well as assisting in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
  • Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and support during audits.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.

The successful candidate should possess a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and have at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
