Job Title: Product Design Engineer

We are a leading e-bike manufacturer, aiming to revolutionize the EV industry by bringing top-quality e-bikes at an affordable price. Our mission is to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the market utilizing our local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.

About the Role:
  • Knowledge of Automobile systems & EV related systems especially 2w is essential.
  • Vehicle integration expertise is required.
  • Effective engineering BoM & ECN management skills are necessary.
  • A thorough understanding of the complete New Product Development cycle is crucial.
  • Proficiency in design & drafting of parts with GD&T for vehicle systems is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of materials and material properties is required.
  • Ability to convert technical requirements into detailed and robust designs is essential.
  • Familiarity with CMVR / Homologation requirements is necessary.
  • Benchmarking and coordination with suppliers for DFM & DFA are critical.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Solid Works is essential and hands-on experience in – Part modelling, drafting, assembly, system layouts & vehicle level Layouts is necessary.
  • PLM knowledge is required.
  • Familiarity with Hyper mesh & CAE analysis is beneficial.
Key Qualifications:
  • Good behavioral skills including Team Participation, Interpersonal skill, Persuasiveness, Self-disciplined, Conflict resolution & Communication are necessary.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment is essential.
  • Bonus points if you have basic electronics knowledge.
