SAP Onboarding Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Onboarding Consultant to provide functional and technical support for our ongoing SAP Onboarding 2.0 implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical support for SAP Onboarding (ONB) implementation efforts.
  • Perform ONB 2.0 configuration tasks using structured workbooks under the direction of the ONB Lead.
  • Assist in test planning and execution during the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on SAP experience (Consultant Level - E2)
  • Proven expertise in SAP Onboarding 2.0 configuration and support.
  • Previous experience with Onboarding migration from 1.0 to 2.0
  • Minimum 2 successful ONB 2.0 project implementations
  • Familiarity with SAP Recruiting Module and Employee Central.
  • Basic knowledge of third-party system integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow).
  • Strong documentation and testing skills.
