Key Responsibilities:
  • Bill Of Material Review & Analysis
  • Technical validation of customer landscape to validate product version build viability
  • Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/ sizing
  • Work closely with Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be.
  • Sizing the to be Landscape for Migrations.
  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature
  • Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customer and explain about their to-be landscape
  • Conduct Technical Assessments with customers
  • Perform workshops with customer (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews)
  • Customer Deal Support – Post Signature
  • Onboarding Questionnaire Support (assist customer with questions on onboarding)
  • Answer questions of customer relating to delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a SAP Basis consultant or Cloud Architect
  • Strong skills in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, migration/upgrades, and cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills, with experience in customer-facing roles
