Production Head Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Production Head to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising manual insertion, FG production, and testing line production.

The Production Head will be responsible for leading the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of Production. This includes collaborating with the Planning Team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets.

The selected candidate will also be expected to resolve daily challenges through effective problem-solving and leadership skills. This may involve working closely with other departments such as Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Warehouse, Facilities, Planning, Procurement, Safety, and HR.

In addition, the Production Head will conduct productive production meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns. They will also coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing inter-departments and spearhead KE projects and improvement project activities in coordination with support groups.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In addition, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. You should also be proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as MS Office and Google Suite.
