E-Commerce Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience working with direct-to-consumer brands, has a strong understanding of catalog/content management, inventory planning, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Seller Central, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
  • Workflow Management: Manage workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve account health metrics – Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
Additional Key Functions:
  • Inventory Control: Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with supply chain.
  • Promotions Execution: Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
  • Data Management: Maintain clean, updated SKU data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Amazon and/or Quick Commerce operations.
  • Prior experience working with D2C brands (not agencies/resellers).
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
