Senior Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of our backend systems.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures, integrating with databases using JPA and managing data persistence effectively.
  • Implement security protocols using OAuth2 and Spring Security, ensuring seamless user authentication and authorization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Java programming language, preferably 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot framework, Reactor, Webflux, and Netty.
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices and APIs, with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and/or NoSQL databases, with expertise in JPA/Hibernate for database interaction.
  • Experience with message queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ, caching technologies like Redis and Memcached, and CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for scalable application development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
